L2 is an acronym for Loving Leadership, but there’s more behind the term.
L2 is “the act of considering and valuing others”.
The term brings to mind the mathematical concept of squares, exponents and powers … as in, Love to the second power … a ‘more powerful’ form of love.
L2 is also analogous to the chemical symbol O2, which is oxygen in its pure form. L2 is … love in its purest form.
Oxygen combines with a number of other elements to create life-sustaining compounds, such as water (H2O). Likewise, love is a basic and necessary element for life, as love combines with a number of other principles and human dynamics as a building block to creating and sustaining life to its fullest.
L2 isn’t just an emotion, it’s a mindset that considers others as valuable, and thus, its an action that demonstrates that value.
