Richard obtained a dual degree in Business and Psychology, and upon obtaining his MBA, was selected as the Outstanding Graduate Student of the Year. He is Myers Briggs qualified (certified) and holds a Strategic Management Professional designation from the Associate of Strategic Planning. He has over 20 years of professional experience starting new initiatives and improving performance via profitability analytics, restructurings, joint ventures, de novo lines of business, new products and M&A analysis.
As the head of strategy and business operations, he started a new group that effectively supported growth initiatives, new products, technology and strategy for a division with 3,500 people. He’s also spent 4 years in marketing and customer support roles with consumer product and technology companies, and effectively turned around relationships with major accounts … and was affectionately named ‘the healer’ by executive leadership.
Although he’s been highly effective developing teams, driving initiatives, improving profitability and relationships … his passion lies in connecting with people’s hearts and helping others grow as individuals and leaders.
